Who is Fractal?

Fractal is not just another agency. We work as a hybrid of an agency and a consultancy. We're an agency that rolls up its sleeves.

As a consultant, my job is to advise, but not like you've seen before. We've all met those consultants who advise, give you pages and pages of research and Ibis reports, and then walk out the door and leave you to do it all yourself.

Gerard

Owner / Creative Director

With more than 20 years of experience, Gerard is a veteran of marketing. His career is a blend of agency and startups, which he uses to provide a unique and innovative approach to his marketing strategies. After spending ten years in London, Gerard has vast international experience working with some of the biggest global brands, including HP, GM, Microsoft, Coca Cola and Burberry.

Pete

General Manager

With a passion for digital, understanding of marketing, a curiosity in psychology and a deep technical knowledge, Pete's personal superpower is his ability to communicate effectively with anyone from clients, developers, creatives through to non-technical stakeholders.

Anna

Office Manager

Anna is Fractal's Ninja, with years of experience in Administration and Project Management in several industries. She keeps everyone on track, manages the administrative work and makes sure that the projects are flowing smoothly.

Tim

Lead Content Strategist

Tim is a Writing graduate from the University of Queensland with a huge passion for storytelling. He brings a clean and creative flair to content creation for all of Fractal's clients, from their long-form videos to their most minute copy editing.

Vetine

Account Manager

Vetine is a marketing professional with over a decade in trade and retail. She enjoys turning ideas into execution and measurable outcomes. At Fractal, she supports clients through campaign strategy, project management, and results analysis.

Shruthikaa

Marketing Coordinator

Shruthikaa is a recent Business Marketing graduate who brings her passion for creativity and strategic thinking to Fractal. She supports the creative team through content development, campaign coordination and digital storytelling.

Zoe

Marketing Content Specialist

Zoe has a Bachelor's Degree in Film and TV and a background in the film industry, where she honed her eye for visual storytelling. At Fractal, she brings that cinematic approach to marketing, capturing compelling video and photography content.

Graduate Marketing Analyst

With a Master's degree in Marketing, Aidan brings a strong analytical mindset to the team. He specialises in turning complex insights into actionable strategies that drive growth, spanning market research, campaign performance analysis, and strategic planning.

Eytan

SEO Optimisation Specialist

Eytan is an SEM specialist with a strong focus on improving search visibility and performance. He specialises in keyword research, on-site optimisation, and performance analysis, using data-driven insights to help businesses grow through search.

Full Stack Web Developer

Paolo is a full-stack web developer and former crew member of Sea Shepherd Conservation Society. He combines his technical expertise with a passion for ocean conservation, bringing a unique perspective to the digital world.
