Why nobody is signing up for your new product
Nobody signing up for your new product? Gerard's diagnosis is simple: most founders launch before they have discovered their market. The fix is to test the market with messaging before the product goes live. Put messages in front of the audience you think you serve and measure what they respond to. A waitlist works because an email address is skin in the game. The opposite result matters just as much: if nobody clicks, scrolls or signs up during a cheap early campaign, they will not sign up at launch either. Testing also shapes the build. How the market responds changes how you position the product, which features lead and which wait. The product stays the same; how it is put together changes. Test your messaging, positioning and audiences before launch, because change is cheaper before launch than after.
